SHEATH SHELL

  • dark maroon - purple heavy nylon

  • frontal base piece and singular fold over panel overlay that creates a drop pocket with no borders except it being functionally sewn into band at bottom. when arms are in pocket , panel changes shape and dimension causing the whole garment to increase in depth and alter cut

  • fit is longer and straighter than the traditional bomber with elastic sewn in to two back seams and side seam of arm . fit is both understated, traditional and abstract by maintaining traditional sleeves and stretch collar, waistband and cuffs

  • back has external panel stretching from shoulder seam to bottom of arm hole that is used to hang the garment and visually lift upper back. back also has two seams starting at top collar close together and stretching diagonally

  • arms are a two piece sleeve with added volume to back edge in a tear drop shape .  top stitching done on all seams around the garment except exterior panels

  • arm also has exterior added piece that resembles frontal panel but doesn't fold over . functional as a pocket ending at hem of arm . arm’s elastic at edge raises back of wrist . two piece sleeve shape is exaggerated through elbow dart making the sleeve more prominently shaped

  • cuffs, collar, waistband are 100% wool ruched with elastic to never stretch through wear

  • interior zipper has tradition zipper backing with traditional detail on bomber jacketing . zipper also has top stitch stemming from top to bottom

  • lining is lavender thermal fabric made of 100% cotton that is stretch , extremely comfortable and warm . lining’s arms are made of same fabric as exterior
